We were informed that special approval from marketing, communications and chancellor was needed which is a very long process and they might not agree for a class project. Also video of the renovations on campus grounds are not in the school\u2019s interest. Many private companies also tried to contact for a VR tour project and the request was declined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acquired the tripod and audio recorder needed to start videotaping the scenes on campus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ivan:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Further attempts to contact Campus &amp; Visitor relations via email &amp; phone were unsuccessful. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Created the list of locations according to team discussion on important locations to have in the final video.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A description of the accomplishments made<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We were able to successfully work with the Ricoh Theta and ready to film at the locations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our plan b is ready to be taken and should be in effect by Friday. A video is projected to be ready by early next week.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A description of the problems encountered<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our request was denied to work with a private tour guide by the university. We are resorting to plan B and will start filming immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Still sorting out audio issues but should be fine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Plans for the upcoming week<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shoot the Video as per the timeline created.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Merger all the video clips and create a linear video<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If time permits add a interface using unity to let user select Navigate through videos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare Final Project Presentation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At least one piece of media related to your work (image, video, audio, etc)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following link is our plan for filming video on campus.
