After installing the program:

1. VPN into WID
2. Enter “r2d2-fs1.morgridge.net” for the flex server
3. Copy the text and click OK
4. Now paste the same “r2d2-fs1.morgridge.net” into the next series of dialogue boxes
5. You will only have to do this the first time you run the program
