I made great progress in figuring out how to heat the dress (what batteries, etc) with Jess.

The battery I bought it not enough to heat even one strip of the carbon tape. The glue I used keeps smoking. Jess and I figured I have 4 options:
- Buy one 18 volt battery
- Buy four 9 volt batteries
- Hack a pre-made heated garment
- Scrap the idea completely
A plan for the next week of work
