Progress is speeding by. I finished the wiring and attaching the lighting on all the chest pieces, shoulder and upper arm pieces. I also completed building the Hand plates and encasing them in Worbla plastic. I also finished attaching the motor/light combo to the back pieces.

I plan to finish attaching the electronics to the lower arms this weeks. I also will begin making the finger pieces and plan on their attachment. I also have a plan to attach all the wires for each piece using conductive snaps so that each piece can be removed separately.  After all the pieces are completed, I plan to attach the buttons and flex sensors to the body suit and make sure they and the pieces don’t interfere with each other.

A slight setback, I noticed one of my lower arm pieces was too small on my arm beyond what I originally intended. So I am modifying them to be the correct size.
