Accomplishments: I finished sewing all the EL wire onto the carpet! For the 555/servo circuit, I  figured out how the protoboard should be configured, and cut the traces as needed. Finally, I cut and sewed the base of the lantern for holding the battery packs.

Problems or Issues: What to do with the POV kit?

Week Plan: First I need to solder the servo kit. Then, I can complete the lantern around it and all the battery packs. With this done I think I can tackle the poster. I’ll figure something out about the POV kit, but the spring steel may have to wait until next iteration of the project depending on available time.
